The Day Has Finally Come!

The day has finally come.

On April 3rd, we'll gather on the front lawn at Webster for a kick off to construction.

Come and join as we champagne toast, hand out shovels and celebrate everyone who helped us get to where we are.

Webster Community Center is the $34 million dollar adaptive reuse of the long-vacant Webster Elementary located on West Huron in Pontiac. As the defining architectural piece on the corridor, the restoration of this building is an important piece of the revitalization of the M59 corridor in the city of Pontiac.

We are grateful to our many supporters including the State of Michigan, Oakland County, EGLE, Ballmer Group, Total Health Care Foundation, William Davidson Foundation, Carls Foundation, Ralph Wilson Jr Foundation and many more.

We are grateful to our tax credit partners Michigan Community Capital, PNC Bank, and the National Trust Community Investment Corporation.

We are grateful for our lenders IFF, Cinnaire, and the MEDC.

We are excited about our tenants including OLHSA, Honor Community Health, The Art Experience, Sprout Fresh Food Store, ECommunity Outreach Services, Accent Pontiac, Kirk in the Hills, SMART, Rochester University, FIRST Robotics, and PAL.

We are looking forward to gathering to celebrate this next huge step toward toward making this community center a reality!
